Central Virginia Business Law Attorney

Representing business and property owners

I have been practing law in Virginia since 1993. For over five years I litigated cases in state and federal courts involving the First and Fifth Amendments to the Constitution in order to protect some of America's most important rights. Since opening my solo practice in 1997 I have represented a variety of business and property owners in protecting their most important rights in commercial transactions and litigation. Commercial property owners, farmers, landowners, and associations, just to name a few, have come to me with all types of challenges seeking assistance. Whether it is starting a business, buying a company, selling a corporation, dissolving a limited liability company or going to court over a partnership I can assist you.

Serving your business needs with personal attention

When you contact the law office of Barry C. Hodge you will talk to me. I will be dealing with your case directly. Although I use paralegals to assist me from time to time, your case will not be passed off to someone else to handle. Whether the matter is reviewing a lease agreement or structuring a multi-million dollar business buy out I will return your calls promptly and keep you informed of the status of your case.
